INGREDIENTS
6 dl Water
2 buckets of Aware BCAA Tropical Dream or Sura Colanappar

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix water and BCAAs in a shaker and shake.
2. Pour into ice cream molds.
Leave in the freezer for about 3-4 hours
4. Eat and enjoy!
