A simple and quick shake that is perfect for breakfast but as good as a snack.

1 tablespoon Peanut butter
1 serving Aware 100% Whey
4 dl Milk
1 dl Oats
1. Mix everything in a blender / blender.
2. Turn on the mixer for 30 seconds.
3. Pour into a glass / shaker and enjoy a good shake! ;)
