A simple and good snack that is perfect for snacks but as good as breakfast.

Servings: 3-4 Pancakes
2dl mixed oatmeal
3 dl Milk
1 tablespoon Stevia
1 / 2tsk Baking powder
1.5 Scoop Aware 100% Whey Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Mix everything in a bowl.
Whisk with a regular whisk until the batter has a good consistency.
3. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish
4. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees (Keep an eye on yourself and test yourself.)
Serve with any topping.
