Dosage: Mix 2 scoops (50g) with 150-170ml of water in a shaker for thin pancakes or 70-75ml for American style in a shaker or bowl. Pour the desired amount of batter into a frying pan and fry on a medium heat until the pancake has a nice, golden colour.
