Delivery
• Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days and are shipped with DHL. Please note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
• Free shipping for orders over 70.0€, otherwise a shipping fee of 7.00€ will be added. (The shipping fee is a fixed fee, so the customer pays this fee even if the entire order is returned). If you provide a mobile number, in addition to the regular postal notification, you will also receive an SMS notification.
• In case of delayed delivery, we try to inform you as soon as we can via email or phone. We reserve the right for delivery delays to occur. No compensation will be paid in case of delivery delay. After ordering from awarenutrition.fi, you agree to monitor your email as all communication regarding your order takes place via email.
• Packages remain at the agent for 14 days – on the 14th day, the package is returned. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right according to section 41 of the KKL to charge you, the customer, the costs for return shipping and handling fees. You will be charged a minimum fee of 199 SEK for unclaimed packages.
• With the "Mina Paket" app, you can authenticate yourself using Bank ID. You will also receive an email where you can track your order.
