Prices
• All prices in the store are stated in EURO and all prices include 14% VAT (Dietary Supplements) and others including 24% VAT.
• We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Promotions and offers
• Prices for all promotions/offers are valid as long as the item is in stock unless an end date for these is specified.
• It is not possible to combine any discount codes/promotions, only one discount code/purchase.
• The individual and current total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. Prices are stated in EURO (€).

Product Information
• We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the exact appearance of the products, as there may be some color differences due to screen display, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. If you are dissatisfied with your product, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will try to help you find a good solution. The effect of dietary supplements is very individual, so we cannot guarantee results for everyone. Read up on the supplements you want to buy to see if they meet your needs. Products are used at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
• We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
• We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, and reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
• Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

• According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. Ordering
• When you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, price, billing, and shipping address.
• If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].
• The age limit for mail-order purchases is 18 years. If you are under 18 years old, parental approval is required. Unfortunately, we do not have a system that filters out purchases by minors, but if problems arise, a 14-day open purchase applies.
• All our orders are IP-logged. False orders and fraud attempts will be reported to the police.
Delivery
• Our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days and are sent with PostNord. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
• Free shipping for orders over 600 SEK, otherwise, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies. (The shipping fee is a fixed fee; the customer pays this fee even if the entire order is returned). If a mobile number is provided, an SMS notification will also be sent in addition to the regular postal notification.
• In case of delayed delivery, we will try to inform you as soon as possible via email or phone. We reserve the right for delivery delays to occur. No compensation will be paid for any delivery delay. After ordering from awarenutrition.se, you commit to monitoring your email as all communication regarding your order takes place via email.
• Packages are kept at the pick-up point for 14 days – on the 14th day, the package is returned. For uncollected packages, we reserve the right according to §41 KKL to charge you as a customer for return shipping and handling costs. You will be charged a minimum fee of 199 SEK for uncollected packages.
• With the "Mina Paket" app, you can authenticate yourself via BankID. You will also receive an email where you can track your order.
Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, as a customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you receive an item you have ordered. For clothing, we have a 30-day open purchase policy so that you can try the garment in peace and quiet. The item must be returned well-packaged (unopened), in salable condition, and in undamaged packaging.
Complaint
We guarantee that the goods you receive are faultless upon delivery. If you have received the wrong size/model or if there is a defect in the product, you can return the item. In this case, contact customer service; we will help you with free shipping. Read more under "Return."
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
• We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law
• In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
• Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and legislation.
