•  Legal basis
• In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. We only provide the information about you as a customer to the companies that are affected and what is needed for you to order, pay, and have your order delivered to your home.
• - Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings are done with your consent. The processing is carried out with your consent for direct marketing or for our legitimate interest in sending direct marketing.
• What data is shared and for what purpose?
• Payment provider
• When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is stored to carry out the purchase and protect the parties against fraud.
• The payment providers (payment services) we use Klarna checkout (Card Payment, direct bank transfer, invoice 30 days, partial payment and mobilepay)
• To offer you Klarna's payment methods, we can send your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. • Shipping company
• In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

â—¦ Newsletters & SMS for sending offers and marketing such as news, when a product comes in stock, etc.
• When you purchase, we may use your email address and phone number to send information about products and various offers. Then first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
• We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters. The same applies to SMS where we use your phone number and Jojka. Both newsletters and SMS can be unsubscribed afterward.
• Right to access
• You have the right to receive an extract of all information about you that we have. Extracts are provided electronically in a readable format.
• Right to rectification
• You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
• The right to be forgotten

• We use Shopify as a platform.
